Mirte is iCRA’s training coordinator, and the youngest of the team.

She coordinates all iCRA’s courses: creating marketing strategies, assigning trainers, advising budget allocation and more. And she is a passionate trainer and facilitator.

She helps you to link learning to real-life. So that your trainees become confident professionals and capable graduates that are ready to build towards a future-proof agricultural sector.

Additionally, Mirte trains agribusiness professionals on soft skills to facilitate sustainable relationships built on trust. Relationships that strengthen the local value chain.

Mirte helps you to link learning to real-life.

Mirte is coordinator of iCRA’s two-month blended courses ‘Making Blended Training Work’ and ‘Making Education Work’. And she works on several projects, mostly in Tanzania, Nigeria and in the MENA region. Mirte has a degree in international relations and Africa studies and hopes to improve her French in the future.
