En posant des questions approfondies.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous donnons cinq conseils sur la fa\u00e7on d\u2019utiliser les questions d\u2019approfondissement pour mieux \u00e9couter.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Posez des questions ouvertes : \u00ab\u00a0quoi, comment, o\u00f9\u2026\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9vitez les questions auxquelles on peut r\u00e9pondre par un oui ou par un non et qui limitent l\u2019argumentation.<\/li>\n<li>Posez une question \u00e0 la fois ; donnez \u00e0 l\u2019interlocuteur la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre avant de poser une autre question.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez des exemples, si vous avez besoin de mieux comprendre le sujet et de le rendre plus accessible.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez des pr\u00e9cisions ; paraphrasez sur le contenu et les \u00e9motions. Confirmez si ce que vous avez compris est correct.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez et restez silencieux !
