En tant que formateurs, \u00e9ducateurs ou coachs, notre objectif est de favoriser l\u2019apprentissage et la progression de nos \u00e9tudiants, coll\u00e8gues, stagiaires et coachs. Comment pouvons-nous alors nous assurer que notre retour d\u2019information soutient cet objectif et ne provoque pas d\u00e9motivation ?<\/p>\n<p>Voici cinq \u00e9tapes que vous pouvez utiliser pour un retour d\u2019information significatif et enrichissant pour l\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5270ff\"><strong>\u00c9tape 1. Pr\u00e9parez votre retour d\u2019information !<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Notez votre observation et d\u00e9finissez l\u2019objectif de votre retour d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5270ff\"><strong>\u00c9tape 2. Commencez par \u00eatre positif !<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Trouvez au moins deux observations positives et d\u00e9crivez leur effet de mani\u00e8re \u00e9labor\u00e9e avant de passer \u00e0 la partie suivante.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5270ff\"><strong>\u00c9tape 3. Dosez !<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Donnez une ou deux observations sur ce qui ne s\u2019est pas bien pass\u00e9 et leur effet sur les r\u00e9sultats souhait\u00e9s. Faites une pause pour obtenir une r\u00e9action.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #5270ff\">\u00c9tape 4. Soyez pratique<\/span> <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Donnez un conseil pratique qui peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 instantan\u00e9ment pour am\u00e9liorer le comportement et le r\u00e9sultat et guidez l\u2019apprenant pour l\u2019appliquer.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #5270ff\"><strong>\u00c9tape 5. C\u00e9l\u00e9brez le succ\u00e8s !<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019am\u00e9lioration est \u00e9vidente, soulignez-la et c\u00e9l\u00e9brez-la.
