Surtout ceux qui venaient tout juste de rejoindre l\u2019\u00e9quipe. C\u2019\u00e9tait frustrant. Des coll\u00e8gues sympas, enthousiastes. On avait investi en eux, ils avaient progress\u00e9, et juste au moment o\u00f9 je sentais qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante\u2026 ils partaient vers autre chose. Et oui, je les appr\u00e9ciais aussi beaucoup en tant que personnes. Alors bien s\u00fbr, je me suis demand\u00e9 : est-ce que c\u2019est moi, le probl\u00e8me ?<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"886\">Avec le temps, j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 ne pas le prendre personnellement. M\u00eame quand ils me disaient qu\u2019ils m\u2019appr\u00e9ciaient en tant que responsable, \u00e7a faisait quand m\u00eame mal. Parce qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019organisation, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas juste une personne qu\u2019on perdait, c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi le moment o\u00f9 tous nos efforts pouvaient enfin porter leurs fruits.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1569\"><strong data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"919\">Pourquoi les gens partent ?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"888\" data-end=\"1569\">C\u2019est vrai, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sous tension n\u2019aide pas. Les bons profils re\u00e7oivent beaucoup d\u2019offres, surtout dans notre secteur. Mais je ne voulais pas me cacher derri\u00e8re cette excuse. Je m\u2019assurais que les t\u00e2ches correspondaient aux comp\u00e9tences, que la personne s\u2019int\u00e9grait bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe, apprenait beaucoup et avait de vraies responsabilit\u00e9s. Et pourtant, ils partaient. Pourquoi ? Parce que, au fond, leur raison d\u2019\u00eatre ne correspondait pas vraiment \u00e0 celle d\u2019iCRA. L\u2019un voulait am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9ducation, mais n\u2019\u00e9tait pas passionn\u00e9 par l\u2019agriculture. Un autre voulait coacher des entrepreneurs, mais de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s concr\u00e8te, pas \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"2174\"><strong data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1640\">Quand les raisons d\u2019\u00eatre se rejoignent, l\u2019engagement devient r\u00e9el<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"2174\">Je retrouve les m\u00eames r\u00e9flexions dans notre masterclass <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icra.global\/fr\/cours\/booster-votre-leadership\/\">Booster votre Leadership<\/a>.<\/em> Les leaders passent souvent beaucoup de temps \u00e0 parler de la mission de leur organisation. Qu\u2019est-ce qui les fait vibrer ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui leur tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur ? O\u00f9 est-ce que leurs valeurs croisent celles de l\u2019organisation ? Plus il y a de points communs, plus vous verrez d\u2019\u00e9nergie, de motivation et de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2590\">Envie de d\u00e9couvrir la raison d\u2019\u00eatre d\u2019un coll\u00e8gue ? Posez-lui la question : <em data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2299\">De quoi es-tu le plus fier dans ton travail ?<\/em> Ou bien, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse : <em data-start=\"2323\" data-end=\"2356\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019agace le plus ?<\/em> Ces questions ouvrent souvent la porte \u00e0 des discussions sur les valeurs. Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve l\u2019or.
