Partir du savoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent dans la salle<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"975\">Le savoir ne se trouve pas uniquement dans les livres, les \u00e9tudes ou la t\u00eate du formateur. Chaque participant arrive avec ses propres exp\u00e9riences, id\u00e9es et comp\u00e9tences. En partant de leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9, vous maintenez leur motivation. Ils se sentent \u00e9cout\u00e9s, reconnus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"977\" data-end=\"1404\">Plut\u00f4t que de consid\u00e9rer les participants comme des vases vides \u00e0 remplir, reconnaissez qu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup \u00e0 apporter. Le vrai changement na\u00eet quand ces savoirs sont partag\u00e9s, connect\u00e9s, enrichis. Un d\u00e9roul\u00e9 trop rigide peut emp\u00eacher de capter ce qui compte vraiment sur le terrain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1867\">En vous d\u00e9tachant des slides, vous gagnez en libert\u00e9 pour ajuster. Un participant soul\u00e8ve un d\u00e9fi qui m\u00e9rite qu\u2019on s\u2019y attarde ? Un exercice r\u00e9v\u00e8le un besoin que vous n\u2019aviez pas anticip\u00e9 ? En restant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute, vous pouvez creuser, bifurquer, enrichir.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"2053\">C\u2019est comme un voyage : vous connaissez la destination (vos objectifs p\u00e9dagogiques), mais plusieurs chemins y m\u00e8nent. Et parfois, ce sont les d\u00e9tours qui rendent le trajet passionnant.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2085\"><span style=\"color: #5270ff\">3. La force du visuel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2310\">L\u2019un des outils pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de Myriam ? Le dessin \u2013 simple, fait \u00e0 la main, en direct. Pas besoin de visuels parfaits ou de graphiques sophistiqu\u00e9s. Juste du papier, quelques feutres\u2026 et l\u2019envie de croquer une id\u00e9e sur le vif.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2332\">Pourquoi \u00e7a marche ?<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2564\">\n<li data-start=\"2334\" data-end=\"2382\">\n<p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2382\">\u00c7a oblige \u00e0 aller \u00e0 l\u2019essentiel, \u00e0 simplifier.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2442\">\n<p data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2442\">\u00c7a cr\u00e9e une image partag\u00e9e, qui \u00e9volue avec les \u00e9changes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2443\" data-end=\"2564\">\n<p data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2564\">Et \u00e7a montre qu\u2019on n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre parfait : ces croquis un peu bruts donnent envie \u00e0 chacun d\u2019ajouter son trait.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2975\">Pendant une formation du projet SASi-SPi en Colombie, Myriam et Humberto ont utilis\u00e9 ces dessins simples pour retracer le parcours du groupe. \u00c0 la derni\u00e8re session, elle a dessin\u00e9 un enfant qui saute dans l\u2019eau avec un grand SPLASH \u2013 une mani\u00e8re ludique de symboliser comment leurs id\u00e9es allaient se propager. Ce dessin a suscit\u00e9 l\u2019enthousiasme\u2026 et le groupe l\u2019utilise maintenant dans ses propres formations !<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2982\" data-end=\"3001\"><span style=\"color: #5270ff\">Tout rassembler<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3003\" data-end=\"3243\">Former au-del\u00e0 de PowerPoint, c\u2019est l\u00e2cher un peu de contr\u00f4le pour ouvrir un vrai espace d\u2019\u00e9change entre formateur\u00b7rice et participant\u00b7e\u00b7s. C\u2019est co-construire le savoir, faire preuve de souplesse, et rendre les id\u00e9es visibles et concr\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3245\" data-end=\"3544\">Alors, la prochaine fois que vous pensez commencer par une pr\u00e9sentation, faites une pause. Prenez un feutre. \u00c9coutez. Faites confiance au processus.
