Mais lorsque plusieurs de ces probl\u00e8mes persistent dans le temps et que les r\u00e9sultats convenus ne sont pas atteints, mettre fin \u00e0 la facilitation et \u00e0 l\u2019appui externe devient une d\u00e9cision logique et responsable.<\/p>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"11vbmo2\" data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1696\">Commencer par une annonce ferme et bienveillante<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1973\">La mani\u00e8re d\u2019annoncer la cl\u00f4ture compte autant que la d\u00e9cision elle-m\u00eame. Un message pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9, flou ou trop adouci cr\u00e9e de la confusion et de faux espoirs. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un message dur ou d\u00e9fensif ab\u00eeme la confiance. Une bonne annonce est \u00e0 la fois <strong data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"1972\">ferme et respectueuse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2265\">Pr\u00e9parer et transmettre ce message demande de l\u2019attention. Une courte liste de v\u00e9rification peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 qui informer, comment annoncer la d\u00e9cision et quels messages cl\u00e9s partager. Il est important d\u2019expliquer clairement les raisons et de laisser de l\u2019espace pour les r\u00e9actions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2636\">\u00c9vitez que la discussion devienne une n\u00e9gociation. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019annonce, prenez un moment de pause pour laisser aux personnes le temps d\u2019assimiler l\u2019information. Reconnaissez la d\u00e9ception sans chercher \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre la d\u00e9cision.
