Renaud is the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning advisor for the CDAIS project. Renaud has 25 years’ experience in economic development and cooperation, ranging from Latin America to Africa and Asia Pacific. He has worked extensively with the private sector as well as with public and private institutions in several industries. His specific experience in agro-food products includes fresh fruits and vegetables, fruit preserves, dairy products, live animals and genetics.
His strong focus has been the insertion of SMEs and growers in value chains and markets, based on innovation processes, with the support of local governments, development agencies and Private Sector organizations. Renaud has a diploma on Innovation Services to SMEs from the TEC de Monterrey and has launched and supervised studies on innovation between the EU and Latin America.
