Benjamin Horlali Kofi Atidjah
Meet Benjamin
Benjamin Atidjah is the CEO of 3AS Agri Solutions Limited and an agricultural economist with more than 30 years of experience in agribusiness development, training, and partnership facilitation across Ghana and other parts of Africa. Over the years, he has built strong expertise in agricultural marketing, agribusiness and value chain analysis, monitoring and evaluation, access to finance, and agribusiness cluster formation. In addition to his consultancy work, Benjamin actively farms horticultural crops and runs his own entrepreneurial ventures.
Throughout his career, he has applied a participatory approach and worked effectively across diverse cultural contexts, including with organizations such as iCRA. He brings strong skills in multi-stakeholder dialogue and partnership building. As a master trainer, he designs and delivers capacity-building programs for NGOs, agribusinesses, producer organizations, and educational institutions, both locally and internationally.
Through 3AS Agri Solutions Limited, Benjamin works across agricultural value chains to support individuals, farmer groups, and agribusinesses with input supply, production planning, farmer training, market research, access to finance, marketing, and advisory support. His work also integrates circular economy principles, with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and long-term value creation. At the same time, he grounds the company’s work in local knowledge, professional ethics, and a strong commitment to inclusive agribusiness development.
Benjamin first connected with iCRA in 2012 through the 2SCALE program. At that time, 3AS partnered with iCRA to strengthen agribusiness clusters in Ghana and West Africa. Since then, the collaboration has expanded through multiple projects and training initiatives and, in 2025, both organizations formalized the partnership. Together, they share a commitment to trust-based collaboration, inclusive agribusiness, and locally rooted capacity development.
Beyond his consultancy work, Benjamin also founded Ziavitutui Coffee & Beverages. During a field mission, the simple challenge of finding a cup of coffee prompted him to reflect on childhood memories of coffee processing in his home village. This experience inspired him to build a proudly Ghanaian coffee brand that connects local heritage with modern entrepreneurship.
