Susan Wabocha is an agribusiness and food systems specialist with extensive experience in market-led agricultural development across Africa. Her work focuses on strengthening value chains, building inclusive partnerships, and supporting agribusinesses and farmers to improve productivity, resilience, and incomes, particularly for women and young people.
Most recently, Susan worked with Gatsby Africa, where she led portfolio innovation efforts in agriculture and waste management across East Africa. Previously, Susan played a key role in facilitating inclusive public–private partnerships under large multi-country agribusiness programs, supporting crops such as sorghum, millet, groundnuts, and poultry.
