ABCs are local and commodity-specific networks of agribusinesses interested in win-win commercial partnerships. Through ABC Training & Coaching, iCRA strengthens business relationships among farmer groups, their buyers, and other chain partners and service providers in their local network, for their common benefit. Together, they co-create strategic plans and search for solutions to shared challenges, aimed at enhancing product quality, reduced transaction costs and increased business volumes.
