Making Training Work:

1 Week Course in the Netherlands

Are you an agri-trainer who wants to deliver impactful training? Do you want to motivate your participants and encourage focus? Do you want to cultivate an interactive atmosphere? Do you want to receive positive feedback indicating participants can apply their new knowledge and skills?

This 1 week course consists of face-to-face in the Netherlands and an online follow-up. You will learn through practise by applying the new skills you gain to your own real-life cases.

Through live sessions, practical individual and group assignments, personal mentorship, and individual feedback from our trainers, you will learn how to best:

  • Delivering powerful explanations that stick. 
  • Guiding didactical discussions. 
  • Motivating participants from the start of your training
  • Building bridges and harvesting learning outcomes. 
  • Giving motivating feedback. 

This course is designed for all agri-training professionals who want to provide more engaging, impactful training. It provides practical methods to improve the design and delivery of training programs. At the end of the program you will have (re)designed and delivered training sessions.
