Roland Fadina
Roland Fadina is an experienced agronomist and passionate about agriculture, with a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of the UAC and a Master’s degree from ESA in Angers. He has more than 9 years of professional experience. He contributed to the implementation of several capacity building projects for entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector. In particular with structures such as TechnoServe, the National Association of Pineapple Processors of Benin (ANATRAB), the Communal Union of Producers (UCP) of Zogbodomey. Besides these experiences, Roland has been an independent consultant for several organisations and programmes in Benin.
Roland is specialised in learning and training, capacity development in agriculture, entrepreneurship, agribusiness, management and governance of farmer-based organisations.

Calm and very friendly, Roland does not hesitate to help when needed. He is a team player, hard worker with very good leadership skills. His life motto is: Smile at life and life will smile at you. In French it sounds even better: Souris à la vie et la vie te sourira!
