At iCRA we are celebrating our first colleague based in Benin. Roland Fadina is iCRA’s new agribusiness trainer and coach and his new role reflects iCRA’s goal to work more closely in the field. He is an experienced agronomist and consultant with expertise in learning and training, capacity building, governance of farmer-based organisations and agribusiness entrepreneurship.

Roland will work predominately with francophone countries training agribusiness professionals to support their agribusiness and the value chain development. Roland will be involved in developing and delivering iCRA’s existing agribusiness course: Booster L’Agribusiness. He will deliver training alongside his iCRA colleagues both online and face-to-face. Roland will also work as a project officer developing and implementing agribusiness partnerships development projects in West Africa whilst also representing iCRA on the ground. 

Roland describes himself as positive and friendly. He is hard working and, alongside his nine years professional experience, these attributes make him a valuable team member in Benin. Welcome Roland!
